🔹 ১. পণ্য বিক্রয় ও ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা
পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর অর্ডার প্রসেস শুরু হয় এবং ২/৩ দিন সময়ের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
ডিজিটাল পণ্য বা ই-ফাইল ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ডাউনলোড লিংক ইমেইলে পাঠানো হয়।
কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হলে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার থেকে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
🔹 ২. মূল্য, পরিবর্তন ও পেমেন্ট
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ প্রদর্শিত।
NOBBYO যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের মূল্য, বর্ণনা বা প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সব পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ পদ্ধতিতে (Bkash, Nagad, Card, বা Gateway) সম্পন্ন হয়।
আমরা কখনোই গ্রাহকের কার্ড বা পেমেন্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি না।
🔹 ৩. পণ্যের প্রকৃতি
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে ফিজিক্যাল ও ডিজিটাল—উভয় ধরনের পণ্য পাওয়া যায়।
পণ্য বর্ণনা ও ছবিগুলো তথ্যসূত্র হিসেবে প্রদত্ত, বাস্তব রঙ বা আকৃতিতে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
ডিজিটাল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে একবার ডাউনলোড সম্পন্ন হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
🔹 ৪. বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা ও দায়-সীমা
NOBBYO প্রতিটি গ্রাহককে সেরা সেবা দেওয়ার অঙ্গীকার করে।
যদি কোনো পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুলভাবে প্রেরিত হয়, আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম দ্রুত রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা সমাধান প্রদান করবে।
তবে, সফটওয়্যার অসামঞ্জস্যতা, ব্যবহারজনিত ভুল বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার দায় NOBBYO নেবে না।
🔹 ৫. রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি
রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন কেবলমাত্র বৈধ কারণের ভিত্তিতে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য বা ভুল ডেলিভারি হলে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে।

NOBBYO.com-এর সকল ছবি, ডিজাইন, লোগো, কনটেন্ট ও পণ্য বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো পণ্য, ফাইল, ছবি বা ডিজাইন পুনরায় বিক্রয়, কপি বা বিতরণ করা আইনত অপরাধ।
