🟣 ডেলিভারি নীতি (Delivery Policy)
আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো আপনার অর্ডার নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে নিরাপদভাবে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
NOBBYO-তে ক্রয়কৃত প্রতিটি পণ্য যথাযথ যাচাইয়ের পর নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।
🔹 ১. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
ঢাকার ভিতরে: সাধারণত ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
ঢাকার বাইরে: সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।
প্রি-অর্ডার বা কাস্টম অর্ডার: সরবরাহকারীর সময়সীমা অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে (সাধারণত ৭–১০ কর্মদিবস)।
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ছুটির দিন বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে সামান্য বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
🔹 ২. কুরিয়ার পার্টনার ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ
NOBBYO শুধুমাত্র বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে পণ্য প্রেরণ করে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ওজন, ভলিউম এবং গন্তব্য অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয়।
অর্ডার করার সময়ই চার্জ প্রদর্শিত হবে।
🔹 ৩. অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর আমাদের টিম থেকে একটি কল বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে কনফার্মেশন পাঠানো হবে।
ভুল নাম্বার, ঠিকানা বা তথ্য প্রদান করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
অর্ডার কনফার্মের পর পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে দ্রুত আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করুন।
🔹 ৪. ডেলিভারির সময় যোগাযোগ
কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারির পূর্বে আপনাকে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করবে।
ডেলিভারির সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে বা কাউকে দায়িত্ব দিতে হবে।
প্রাপক অনুপস্থিত থাকলে ডেলিভারি পুনরায় শিডিউল করা হবে (অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে)।
🔹 ৫. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য
পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় যদি প্যাকেট ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা খোলা অবস্থায় থাকে, অনুগ্রহ করে সেটি গ্রহণ করবেন না।
ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাপোর্টে জানান।
যাচাইয়ের পর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
🔹 ৬. আন্তর্জাতিক ডেলিভারি
বর্তমানে NOBBYO শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে।
আন্তর্জাতিক ডেলিভারি সুবিধা ভবিষ্যতে চালু করা হতে পারে।

All our products are shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
🔹 1. Delivery Timeframe
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
Pre-order or custom products: 7–10 business days (depending on supplier availability).
Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen events.
🔹 2. Courier Partners & Delivery Charges
We ship all products via reliable and verified courier partners.
Delivery charges vary depending on the product weight, size, and destination.
The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
🔹 3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be canceled.
To modify an order, please contact our customer care as soon as possible.
🔹 4. During Delivery
The courier will contact you prior to delivery.
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the order.
If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled (additional fees may apply).
🔹 5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered with.
If you receive the wrong or faulty item, notify us within 24 hours at info@nobbyo.com.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Currently, NOBBYO delivers only within Bangladesh.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
